Markku “Luigi” Nord is one of the pioneers of golf travel in Finland. With more than 30 years of experience in the golf travel industry, he has established himself as one of Finland’s most experienced golf travel experts. Throughout his career, he has received numerous awards and recognitions both in Finland and internationally.

Via Nord was founded as a golf travel marketing and golf events platform, working in close collaboration with carefully selected and trusted partners. Through Via Nord, Markku provides international destinations and tourism boards with direct access to Finnish golf travelers, based on extensive industry experience, strong networks and a deep understanding of the Nordic golf market.

This work includes inbound golf travel to Finland through Finncoming and outbound golf travel for Finnish golfers through 59 Traveller.
